JASON TENCH FLOORING. Jason is a solid guy. I chose them for a quote because the company had great reviews online. Jason did not disappoint. He showed up 3 hours after my first call to look at the project. He quoted to sand the floors and replace the kitchen floor. He promised to have the quote to me before the end of the day. He did exactly this. I approved it and he told me to let him know when the painters would be done and they would schedule to start. They started the day after the painters finished and did the whole house in about 2.5 days. This is the second time in three months that Jason and his crew have done work for me. I had luxury vinyl plank installed and hardwoods refinished at my previous property back in March or so. I just closed on a new house (and for 6-8 weeks before we closed I was contacting Jason about the upcoming job). Within a hr of us closing on our new house, Jason was at the new property giving us estimates/rates of refinishing more hardwood as well as laying down new hardwood. Jason Tench and his crew successfully transformed our red oak floor with a red/orange stain to a blonde/natural finish via the use of whiteners. He advised us to use a waterbased finish to avoid yellowing. He was able to sand off a good bit of existing dark water stains so that they were barely noticable. Highly reommend. See more See less
